When you arrive at Ferghan Mhor you might smell a hint of cooking in the air. Being brought up on homemade food, we’ve put making food from scratch at the heart of our menu. The pancakes, haggis and potato scones are all made from scratch. Likewise the scrambled tofu is made on the day. And you’ll love our homemade granola.
You’ll definitely ask for seconds!
If you don’t smell haggis in the making when you arrive, then it might be chocolate cake or some cookies. Being partial to the odd cake (or four!), there’s always a treat nearby. You’ll always find a sweet goodie left in your room each day you stay – afternoon tea Ferghan Mhor style!
Regardless of your diet, you’re welcome at Ferghan Mhor. We only cook and serve vegan food. That means we don’t use dairy or meat products including honey. We turned vegan five years ago and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. We’d love to share our story with you. And of course, hear yours.
