Hey! We put this together in light of what’s happening in the world today.

You might have landed here because you have a booking with us and you’re on a path of trying to get to the bottom of travel insurance policies, hotel refund policies, airline cancellation policies and swarm of other legal and financial bullshit. Sorry, if that’s where you are right now.

Firstly, thank you for booking with us. Secondly, we hope you leave here feeling a bit better. Thirdly, we wish you well over the coming weeks and months.

Cancelling your booking

Our refund policy is the same as it always has been:

100% refund and no cancellation fee

If you’ve paid all or part upfront, then we’ll transfer the money back to you. Otherwise, you’ve nothing to pay.

We’d prefer 24 hours notice if you are cancelling. But sometimes that’s not possible i.e if a ferry is cancelled. We will still refund your money.

One important point on Airbnb; we use the most relaxed cancellation policy setting possible, but Airbnb charge guests an admin fee for cancelling, which we can’t control. Sorry about that.
